Requirements
Age: 18+ only. Arrayora is a work and business tool for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it, including the free features. See the Terms of Use.
Excel for Microsoft 365 (Windows, Mac or the web). Some formulas, such as FILTER, UNIQUE, SORT and GROUPBY, need a Microsoft 365 version of Excel with dynamic arrays.
Common questions
A formula is wrong. What should I do?
Press Undo in Arrayora, or Ctrl+Z in Excel. Then name the column and the condition more clearly, for example "total Price where Product is Notebook". Email us the request text (not your data) so we can improve Arrayora.
Does my data leave my computer?
Free features never send your data to our server. Only on Pro or a top-up, and only when a request cannot be solved on your computer, Arrayora sends to the AI model, from the active sheet only: your typed request, the sheet name, the range address, the number of rows and columns, and the column headings. With Privacy Shield on (the default) no cell values are sent; if the first row does not clearly look like headings, neutral names such as "Column B" are sent instead. With Privacy Shield off, the first row of the range is sent as it is. The preview tells you each time AI was used and what was sent. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Do I need to sign in?
No, not for free features. You sign in with your Microsoft account only when you buy or use Pro or a top-up. Pro then belongs to your account, so clearing the add-in or "Reset this seat" does not lose it.
I got a new computer. How do I move Pro?
Open Arrayora on the new computer, open Settings and choose "Sign in with Microsoft" with the same account. Pro works on one device at a time, so the old device is signed out automatically. If you see "signed in on another device", someone else may be using your account: sign in again and change your Microsoft password.
How do I cancel?
Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Just do not buy again. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I get a refund?
Email us your Razorpay payment ID and the reason. The cases that qualify are listed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I delete my data?
In Arrayora, open Settings and choose "Reset this seat" to clear everything stored on your computer. To delete what our server holds about your account, email support@udainiya.com from your Microsoft account email, with your Razorpay payment ID if you have one.
I paid but Pro did not unlock.
Check that you are signed in with the same Microsoft account you paid with, then close and reopen the Arrayora pane. If it is still locked after a few minutes, email us your Razorpay payment ID. We unlock it or refund you in full.
