Is my data safe?
Free features never send your data to our server; the work happens on your computer. On paid plans, AI is used only when a request can't be solved locally, and only from the active sheet: your request, the sheet name, the range address, its size and the column headings. With Privacy Shield on (the default), no cell values are sent. The preview tells you each time AI was used.
Does it work offline?
Not fully. Arrayora needs an internet connection to load inside Excel. Once it is open, formulas, cleanup, formatting, lakh format and GST invoice sheets are worked out on your computer without AI and without an account. AI requests on paid plans always need a connection.
Which Excel versions does it work with?
Excel for Microsoft 365 on Windows, Mac or the web. Some formulas, such as FILTER, UNIQUE, SORT and GROUPBY, need a Microsoft 365 version with dynamic arrays.
How do I install Arrayora?
Arrayora isn't in Microsoft AppSource yet; the listing is coming soon. Until then you add it by uploading a small manifest file. It takes about two minutes in Excel on the web. See the step-by-step install guide.
Which languages can I use?
The pane works in 50 languages, including Hindi and Hinglish. You can type or use voice. Voice typing stays on your computer with an offline speech pack; otherwise Arrayora asks before using your browser's online speech service.
Do I need to sign in?
Not for free features. You sign in with your Microsoft account only when you buy or use a paid plan, so your plan belongs to your account and moves with you to a new computer.
Who can get the Student plan?
Anyone with a school or college email address (.edu or .ac.in) who is 18 or older. Arrayora is a work tool for adults, so all users must be at least 18.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-time prepaid purchase. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel; just don't buy again.
How do refunds work?
You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase, refunded minus the part already used. Failed payments that we can't unlock, or paid features that don't work because of a fault on our side, are refunded too. Email us your Razorpay payment ID. Full details are in the refund policy.
A formula came out wrong. What should I do?
Press Undo in Arrayora, or Ctrl+Z in Excel. Then name the column and the condition more clearly, for example “total Price where Product is Notebook”. You can also email us the request text (not your data) so we can improve Arrayora.
